Light is a visible yet untouchable element in every studio’s interior design. Its aesthetics are deeply rooted in the rich tradition of Dutch design, where experimentation with light is key. As befits a true Dutchman, Vripack playfully combines natural light with an ambient freshness that enhances the beach-house’s atmosphere in the interiors of M5, capturing the exact atmosphere the South American owner’s family loves so much.
After carefully balancing the layout of the yacht to various uses during day and night time, Vripack opted for re-used oak from New York warehouses to cover the floors. It provides the yacht with a personality you can not get by using new materials.
